Professional Learning Opportunities

At the Matthew Reardon Center for Autism, we believe that strengthening the knowledge and skills of educators, families, and community professionals is key to fostering meaningful inclusion. Through workshops, trainings, and timely learning events, we provide evidence-based strategies and hands-on practices in behavior support, communication, transitions, and structured environments.
Every odd-numbered year, MRCA hosts a flagship Southeast Georgia Conference (next scheduled for February 2027). This event gathers experts, practitioners, families, and self-advocates to share breakthroughs, network, and deepen our collective impact. Past conferences have featured keynote speakers, breakout sessions, panel discussions, poster sessions, and opportunities for continuing education credit.
Whether through smaller scale workshops or this major regional conference, our professional learning offerings are designed to be actionable, relevant, and empowering — helping participants return to their classrooms, homes, and communities with new ideas and confidence.
